Our staff approaches the design of subdivisions and site plans with over twenty years of land development success. We survey and develop a broad range of design solutions for lot development, new and replacement septic system design, and NJDEP permit applications. We have extensive experience in NJDEP Flood Hazard Area, Wetlands, Highlands Area, CAFRA, Sanitary Sewer and Bureau of Safe Drinking Water permitting. We understand the land development challenges facing our clients and endeavor to promote the responsible use of our land and resources to further the environment and our community.
Municipal Consulting
Our firm acts as consulting engineers for a number of municipalities. Services that are provided include the preparation of designs and specifications for capital improvement projects, plan review and meeting attendance for the Planning Board, Board of Adjustment, and Board of Health. In the design of capital improvement projects, we strive to develop the most cost effective solutions to meet the long term needs of municipalities. We have been very successful in pursuing grants and other sources of low cost financing to fund capital projects. Our firm provides input for the development of Master Plans, land development ordinances, and professional evaluation of the environmental impact of subdivision and site plan applications.
