Fox Lake Dam

Fox Lake Dam (Parks Lake) in Rockaway Borough is a Class I, high hazard dam that was identified in the 1960’s as being in a state of significant deterioration and in need of substantial upgrades.  The dam was completely reconstructed to include a new low level outlet, spillway and overtopping protection.

Robert C. Brightly
PE, PP, CME
 

Mr. Brightly is a principal in the firm, having more than 25 of years of experience in the field of Civil and Municipal Engineering and has been employed by Ferriero Engineering since 1993. Mr. Brightly has extensive experience in all aspects of municipal engineering and since joining the firm has supervised the design and construction project management of more than 50 NJDOT Local Aid projects, recreational fields, and other capital improvements for our municipal clients.
Mr. Brightly has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University. He is a licensed professional engineer and planner in the State of New Jersey and is also a Certified Municipal Engineer.
