Cross Hill Road

The reconstruction of Cross Hill Road included the installation of curbing and drainage to address major drainage issues for the residents in the area.  The improvements were carefully designed to retain the narrow, country road while providing the necessary drainage improvements.

Robert C. Brightly
PE, PP, CME
 

Mr. Brightly is a principal in the firm, having more than 25 of years of experience in the field of Civil and Municipal Engineering and has been employed by Ferriero Engineering since 1993. Mr. Brightly has extensive experience in all aspects of municipal engineering and since joining the firm has supervised the design and construction project management of more than 50 NJDOT Local Aid projects, recreational fields, and other capital improvements for our municipal clients.
Mr. Brightly has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University. He is a licensed professional engineer and planner in the State of New Jersey and is also a Certified Municipal Engineer.
