Our firm performs surveying and a broad range of design solutions for lot development, new and replacement septic system design, and wetlands applications. We understand the land development challenges facing our applicants. We endeavor to promote the responsible use of our land and resources to further the environment and our community.

municipal consulting

Our firm acts as consulting municipal engineers for a number of municipalities. Services that are provided include the preparation of designs and specifications for capital improvement projects, plan review and meeting attendance for the Planning Board, Board of Adjustment, and Board of Health. Our firm provides input for the development of Master Plans, land development ordinances, and professional evaluation of the environmental impact of subdivision and site plan applications.
